The International Organization for Migration (IOM) conducts and supports research to guide and shape migration policy and practice.
Data production is undertaken to improve the delivery of IOM programs and contribute to a better understanding of migration processes and patterns.
It also serves to feed directly into IOM's role as a publisher of applied research findings, including the Organization's flagship publications, such as the World Migration Report, papers published in the Migration Studies Series, and IOM Migration Profiles.
